环境数据归档失败-解决方案
出现归档失败的原因有很多，主要是电脑终端的问题，包括：
- 电脑网络连接不稳定或速度较慢
系统错误提示：read tcp 192.168.0.187:61064->3.5.147.145:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body).
☞解决方案：检查电脑网络情况，确保网络稳定并且速度快
- 电脑磁盘空间不足，数据打包失败
系统错误提示：not enough space
☞解决方案：确保MoreLogin缓存目录空间充足，至少预留5G以上空间
- 数据归档过程中本地文件被占用
系统错误提示：The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file
☞解决方案：①重启MoreLogin应用程序；②如果还不行，可重启电脑，再打开MoreLogin应用程序
以上问题都解决后，可在MoreLogin应用程序内，对“归档失败”的环境进行【重试】归档；如果【重试】归档多次仍然失败，请联系客服协助解决！
