Profile Data Archiving Failure - Solution

There are many reasons for archiving failure, mainly problems with the computer terminal, including:

  1. Unstable or slow computer network connection

System error message:read tcp 192.168.0.187:61064->3.5.147.145:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body).

☞Solution: Check the computer network situation, make sure that the network is stable and fast.

  1. Insufficient disk space on the computer, data packing failure.

System error message:not enough space

☞Solution: Ensure that the MoreLogin cache directory has enough space, and reserve at least 5G of space.

  1. Local files are occupied during data archiving.

System error message:The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file

☞Solution: ① restart MoreLogin application; ② if it does not work, restart the computer, and then open the MoreLogin application.

After the above problems are solved, you can [retry] archiving in MoreLogin application for the profile of “archiving failure”. if [retry] archiving still fails, please contact customer service to assist in solving the problem.
